Confederation Cup: Return game against CARA will not be difficult – Sadick Adams

Asante Kotoko striker, Saddick Adams says the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup between Asante Kotoko and CARA Brazzaville will not be difficult as the players are now aware of the style of play of the Congolese club.

Kotoko defeated the Congolese club by a lone goal through the penalty spot in the first leg, played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Kotoko had earlier missed three penalties that were awarded to the team during the game.
Speaking to Kumasi-based Metro FM, Saddick Adams said, "We wanted to win and win massively for Ghana and the supporters, but unfortunately things didn't go the way we expected.
"It wasn't an easy match yesterday but since we now know how their style of play is, our next game won't be all that hard for us.”
The former U-20 star also mentioned that the promises made to the team by the chief executive officer of the club, Kwame Kyei, did not bring any pressure on the team to deliver.
"We wanted to win, and by God's Grace we won; the promises didn't affect us in the game. The promises are to reach the money zone, not just one match, so there wasn't any pressure from the promises.
"Missing penalties is normal; it happens in football, and it is part of the game. Yes, we can qualify. Everything can happen in football. We can play better than what they did here in Kumasi. We can win and qualify.
"I was OK with my performance yesterday,” he added.
